Martin MacIntyre is an author, poet and storyteller. He has worked across these genres for over twenty years, and written eight works of fiction and three poetry collections. A crowned Bàrd and former Scottish Poetry Library Ambassador, Martin was the University of Edinburgh’s first Gaelic Writer in Residence 2022–24. Katie Ponder is an award-winning illustrator whose work has been featured in exhibitions at Somerset House, and the DK books Greek Myths, Norse Myths, Egyptian Myths, Goddesses and Heroines and Myths of China. Her inspirations include ballet, ghost stories and the greenhouses at Kew Gardens.
