James Hill has enjoyed over 30 years as a writer/editor in the comics and licensed publishing fields, beginning his professional life as a scriptwriter on Marvel UK's best-selling Transformers comic. He has written stories for such internationally recognized brands as Masters of the Universe, My Little Pony, The Muppets, The Smurfs, Donald Duck, Spider-Man, and Power Rangers. In recent times, he has provided comic scripts and text stories for the best-selling Doctor Who Adventures and is currently writing feature articles for Marvel Fact Files, The DC Comics Super Hero Collection, The Marvel Movie Collection, and other comic-themed publications. He is the author of DC Comics Cover Art and Guardians of the Galaxy: The Ultimate Guide; co-author of Marvel Universe: Map by Map, DC Comics Encyclopedia, and The Mysterious World of Doctor Strange.
