‘Fair is foul and foul is fair’ - so said three weird women in ghoulish glee, predicting a subversion of order in fair Scotland...

In the reign of King Duncan, Scotland is a just and hospitable land, with loyal, warlike thanes guarding the best interests of people. Until the very best among them, Macbeth, gives in to a fatal temptation and commits regicide. But will the crown of Scotland sit easy on his head? Will justice be restored to Scotland? Or will Macbeth remain invincible?

One of Shakespeare’s most famous plays, Macbeth goes beyond a mere tragedy of moral order to a deeply psychological study of a mind preyed on by ambition, insecurities, fear, and regret.

“I highly recommend Campfire’s comics. They do what they are intended to do and do it in a way that excites kids about classic literature.”– Chris Wilson, The Graphic Classroom (a resource for teachers and librarians)
Naresh Kumar is a resident of New Delhi, India. He describes himself as a seeker who is continuously trying to learn as much as he can. He views his art as an expression of his curiosity about the world. Naresh's photo-realistic style captures the subtle emotions of his characters, giving the reader an experience similar to that of watching a high budget movie. Hs past work for Campfire includes Julius Caesar, Frankenstein, Robinson Crusoe and Sinbad: The Legacy. View titles by Naresh Kumar

PRH Education High School Collections

All reading communities should contain protected time for the sake of reading. Independent reading practices emphasize the process of making meaning through reading, not an end product. The school culture (teachers, administration, etc.) should affirm this daily practice time as inherently important instructional time for all readers. (NCTE, 2019)   The Penguin Random House High
