Tanith Carey

Tanith Carey is a journalist and author. Her writing has featured in The Telegraph, The Times, and New York Daily News. She has also appeared on TV and radio, including on Radio 4's Woman's Hour, ITV's This Morning, and Good Morning Britain. She has two children.

Dr Angharad Rudkin is a Clinical Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and has worked with families for more than 15 years. She has a therapy practice and teaches Clinical Child Psychology at the University of Southampton. She regularly contributes to the national press and appears on TV and radio. She has three children.
