How to Order Our Books for Your Classroom – Includes A List of Education Distributors

Looking to place an order for your classroom? We’re here to help! In addition to working with your local bookseller, below you will find a list of preferred educational distributors as well as instructions on how to easily create a cost proposal request.

 

How do I order books for my classroom?

 

Step 1: Create a Wish List

Add the desired books to your Wish List by clicking on the heart icon under each title. When complete, click on the Wish List cart in the header to visit your full list. From this page, you can download your list as an Excel file or a PDF.

 

Step 2: Send your list to a preferred educational distributor

Contact your preferred distributor or local bookseller and provide them with your list of titles or products featured on this website. Contact information can be found below or you may Download a list of preferred distributors here.

 

Don’t have a preferred educational distributor? Contact your Penguin Random House PreK-12 Account Manager.

 

Step 1: Create a Cost Proposal Request

 

Creating a Cost Proposal Request Using the Wish List Function: From the Wish List page, you can download your list as a Cost Proposal Request Form.

 

Creating a Cost Proposal Request for an Entire Collection: From the collections page, click on the download icon and select Cost Proposal Request Form. (To personalize a collection, see “Wish List and Customizing Teaching Collection” FAQ here).

 

Step 2: Submit the Cost Proposal Request to your Account Manager

Follow the instruction on Tab 1 of the Excel document and submit your Cost Proposal Request to K12Education@penguinrandomhouse.com. Your PreK-12 Account Manager will get right back to you with your quote and instructions for ordering.
